## Custom system and client portal: common questions

### Is it included in a website?

No, it is a separate product. The e-commerce website already includes a client area for buying and orders. A system is built when you need a process of your own, such as a client portal, project management or an internal system.

### Why a paid spec?

Because the spec ends with a fixed price, not an estimate. The $799 is credited against the project price.

### How do you keep the data safe?
