Terms and cancellation.

1. Who we are

The site netik.dev is operated by Netik, a brand of Palmera Elite Real Estate Brokerage L.L.C, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trade licence 1306924 ("Netik" or "we"). You can reach us by phone at +972504544413 or by email at info@netik.co.il.

2. The services

Netik builds websites, systems, dashboards, AI agents, automations, APIs and MCP servers, and provides care and growth services by subscription. Every product has a page on the site that sets out what is included, the price, the delivery time and the add-ons you can choose. Anything not on the product page or in the quote is not included.

Not included in any product unless stated otherwise: photography, third-party licences (for example fonts, images or paid plugins), domain names, and AI usage beyond the quota stated for the product.

3. Prices

All prices on the site are final and include VAT. Netik is a brand of a company registered in the United Arab Emirates; UAE VAT (5%) is included in every price, and Netik pays it. Prices are shown in US dollars, euros or UAE dirhams, as you choose. The price of an order is the price on the site, in the currency you chose, on the day you order. A product shown with "From" is priced finally after a spec or a check, before work starts.

4. Orders and payment

• You order from the product page, or by contacting us. After you order, we send a secure payment link and an invoice for every payment.
• For projects: 50% of the price when you order and 50% before launch or delivery, unless the product page says otherwise.
• A custom system starts with a paid spec of $799 (€699, AED 2,890), which ends in a fixed price. The amount is credited against the system's price if you go ahead with the build.
• Subscriptions (care, dashboards, AI agents and monthly add-ons) are billed in advance every month, or a year in advance on a yearly plan.
• Work starts once the deposit is received.

5. Delivery times

Each product's delivery time is on its page, in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the United Arab Emirates), Dubai time (GMT+4). The clock starts when we have all the materials: logo, access and your answers to the kickoff questionnaire. It stops while we wait for your approval, materials or reply. Some add-ons, such as an extra language or an app inside ChatGPT, extend the delivery; the extra time is shown next to each of them.

6. Content and materials

You are responsible for having the right to use the materials you send us: logos, images, texts and trademarks. You approve the copy we write before launch. Once paid in full, the site and the copy written for it are yours, except third-party components, which are subject to their own licences.

7. Changes to the scope

Any change not included in the order is priced in advance and done only after you approve the price. On a care plan, small changes are included up to the plan's hours, and beyond them at the hourly development rate.

8. Cancellation and refunds

If you order as a consumer (for yourself, not for your business), you may withdraw from the order within 14 days of the day you placed it, without giving a reason. We give this right to every consumer, wherever you live.

• To withdraw, tell us within the 14 days by email (info@netik.co.il), on WhatsApp or by phone. A clear statement is enough; you may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
• If we have not started work, we refund everything you paid.
• We start work within the 14 days only if you ask us to. If you then withdraw, you pay for the work done up to the day you told us, in proportion to the full price, and we refund the rest. If, at your request, the service was fully delivered within the 14 days, the right to withdraw ends on delivery.
• We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the payment method you used, at no cost to you.

Model withdrawal form: "To Netik, Palmera Elite Real Estate Brokerage L.L.C, info@netik.co.il: I withdraw from my contract for the following service: [the service], ordered on [date]. Name: [your name]. Email: [your email]. Date: [today's date]."

Any further rights the law of your country gives you as a consumer are kept in full.

9. Monthly and yearly subscriptions

• A monthly subscription has no commitment. You can cancel at any time through the channel you ordered in, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid.
• A yearly subscription is paid in advance with two months free. If cancelled early, the unused part of the year is refunded, minus the discount given.

10. Liability

We commit to what the product page says, including the targets on it (for example the mobile PageSpeed score, security headers and accessibility). If the site does not meet them at delivery, we fix it at no cost. We are not liable for damage caused by things outside our control, such as failures at third-party providers, changes made to the site by others, or force majeure. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer's rights under the law that applies to them, or any liability the law does not allow to be limited.

11. Privacy

How we use the information you give us is set out in the privacy policy.

12. AI agents

An AI agent can prepare an order for you through the site, the API or our MCP server. An order counts as confirmed only after a person has approved it and paid on the payment page.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising from them. We may update these terms from time to time; an order already placed is subject to the terms in force on the day it was placed.
